1. Motorized Rig: To realize the intelligent control the rigs, the rig with DC power driving adopts electric transmission of AC-SCR-DC, and the rig with AC power driving adopts electric transmission of AC-DC-AC. The driving power comes from the diesel generation group, and the hoister adopts hydraulic disc for braking and the Eaton auxiliary braking device. While for hoister, drill pump, and drum, all adopt independent electric driving, infinite speed regulation, (for the drum, the compound driving is also available); and the oil derrick is designed with K type structure, and the base of self rising or helical structure, and the base of the derrick should be installed at lower position, and lifted as whole set; the drivers cab of the rig is center-controlled to realize automatic feeding for drill. The braking of the AC Variable Frequency drill is realized by energy consumption.
2. Combination Rig: it takes the diesel engine as driving power source, and the driving chain box in parallel operation as driving manner; the hoister takes the structure of sealed chain for driving, hydraulic disc for breaking, hoister and drill pump are driving together; the drum is driving with independent AC Variable Frequency, and assembled with VFD system; the oil derrick adopts K type structure, the base adopts box block or helical structure, the base of the derrick is installed in lower position and lifted as whole set; the drilling drivers cab is center-controlled, to realized automatic feeding for drilling.
3. Mechanic Rig: it takes the diesel engine as the power source, and the belt or the driving chain box in parallel operation as driving manner; the hoister adopts sealed chain driving structure, the main brake adopts disc breaking or belt braking devices, the auxiliary breaking system adopts electromagnetic eddy current device etc, for hoister, drum, drill pump, all adopt unified driving; the derrick adopts A type or K shape structure, the base adopts box block or helical rising structure, the derrick should be installed in lower position, and lifted as whole set.
